PRESIDENT

With two decades of experience providing information services to everyone from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Angie Stark can easily pinpoint and create solutions for a client’s needs. Combine this background with her zeal to build teams of smart, creative and passionate people and Echo Services Inc. is the result. She finds a meditative hike in the Pacific Northwest the easiest way for inspiration to strike.

Susan Presley

Program Manager

Susan Presley loves information puzzles – particularly in the space bridging the user and the information repository systems.  Susan has worked in the taxonomy, enterprise search, information architecture, and content management consulting space, as well as in corporate and special libraries.  Inspired to get her MLIS from the University of Washington while working at Echo Services Inc., she went on to become a Senior Manager of Content Operations at ProQuest, and has now returned to Echo, to focus on her area of passion in the taxonomy & enterprise search space.

Paul Stolp

Program Manager

Paul Stolp knows how to drive a project from idea to implementation. His wide array of skills has been honed for over a decade of doing project, team, and operations management. A tireless work ethic includes bringing projects in on time and on budget, content development and strategy, analytics, metadata architecture, and SharePoint administration. When not at work, he can often be found scouring record stores for rare vinyl or enjoying time with his wife and two daughters.

Scott Sutton

Project Manager

Scott Sutton spent two decades in sales and marketing before realizing that salespeople are the unsung project managers of the world. Some new vocabulary and a few classes later, he transitioned into a well-rounded project manager who enjoys working with a range of company and project sizes. Combining a mixture of humor, common sense, and a PMP certificate, he has developed into a versatile Project Management Professional. His passion for business strategy takes precedence even over his love of motorcycles.
